My name is Connie Mendez (photos attached). I am the
proud mother of six (6) wonderful children and have
been married for 17 years.
I am seeking opportunities for fitness modeling,
promotion or exercise videos.
I am an AFPA Certified in group fitness and teach
several high intensity classes (step, spinning,
etc.).
I am a AAAI Certified personal trainer. I work
with several clients per week.
Next
only to the passion I have for my family is the passion
I have for fitness. I believe that daily exercise
is the key to my physical and mental well-being. I
believe your body gives back what you put into it.
My goal with fitness is to influence others, older
and younger then myself, to make fitness a part
of their daily lives. Based on the positive feedback
I have received over the years I have accomplished
that.
Now I
am eager to broaden my horizons in this field.
