Denise Aiello's Biography
I am
Certified Personal Trainer with several years of
experience in Resistance, Cardiovascular, and Weight
control. Currently I am pursuing my goals and dreams
to be a fitness cover girl.
Fitness
has always been part of my life. I wanted to participate
in every sport possible. I took an interest in ballet,
jazz, soccer, and softball. Throughout elementary
school I was very much an introvert and although
my academic achievements were evident. The only
way I found to express my shy self was to be involved
in sports.
I have
a proven record of long term customer satisfaction.
I am also well known for the motivation and drive
that I instill in all my clients to be successful.
Early
on, I began to participate in sports at school and
this is where I discovered my first true athletic
passion, soccer and softball. This was extended
into high school where I became all – state
soccer player. Continuing onto college where I pursued
my soccer career as well as my education.
I continued
to work out at the local community gym, where I
found a silent pleasure in lifting weights to define
my already athletic physique. Now I was able to
contour and shape my muscles all on my own. An art
so empowering, I was immediately hooked. I eventually
became a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal
Trainer and this was just the beginning.
