About Ilona Kovacs

She competes in bikini competitions throughout the year and aspire to be a fitness model. She works and lives in New York City ! She has a wonderful life here with great family and friends.

She believes in working hard and having a goal in life. Never give up on your dreams no matter how unattainable they may feel like to you or those around you. If you can see it you can be it !

Her role models have always been my parents. They were immigrants from Hungary. Came here with nothing and built a successful business together and raised 2 wonderful kids, her brother and herself :)

Keep her Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Gain Exposure

Her Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness
She believes in balance when it comes to nutrition, she mostly eats lean proteins and non starchy carbs ( fruits/veggies) . When she finds something she desires, she puts 100% focus on it.

Her Dietary &/or Training Routine:
She trains almost everyday except for 1 day a week where she takes a break. Every other day she weight trains and/or do cardio. She loves doing HIIT..
